Swim
Comments: this I pushed a bit just to see what happens though for the entire event I am probably better served saving a little more for the bike and run What would you do differently?: not go out so fast Transition 1
Comments: everyone gets 10 Bike
Comments: This is where you can makeup the distance as this race is based on distance..... also I never used lifecycle bike before so it was a little weird. some of those athletes were fast! - I was OK - hit my goal of 6 miles What would you do differently?: More Time in the saddle Transition 2
Comments: everyone gets 5 Run
Comments: I suck - but I did not stop and walk - What would you do differently?: maybe i can push more here if i can deal with the discomfort Post race
Warm down: walked a few laps on track What limited your ability to perform faster: too heavy, 23 years of being a smoker ;) Event comments: Nice venue - Vols were great ...now that results are in I'm kinda bummed.. my bike was what I expected but the run I've been working on without seemingly much improvement Last updated: 2007-12-13 12:00 AM
