Comments: The last 10 miles were very painful. I hadn't brought enough nutrition with me and I was very low on energy and had zero fluids. I didn't want to stop at an aid station because I didn't want to lose my group. What would you do differently?: Bring lots of food along. More nutrition!!!!!! Plan better. Post race
