Awful. Terrible. My worst run ever. I didn't hurt; I couldn't make it hurt. I simply couldn't move any faster. I have A LOT of work to do to get back to where I was before the Plantar Fasciitis.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing I could do, but I have a lot of work to do now.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Ability. Lack of training over the past month. Deteriorated leg muscles. Need I go on?

Event comments:

My second year competing here (a very disappointing performance compared to last year), and I will continue to race here every year. An excellent race.
