Arrive at the church to find that my registration did not get in. Franks did and I did them together. So, registered and paid the late fee.

Ran just a little. The PF flared up immediately, so primarily walked with Frank and Susan for the first half and then sped up for the second half.

PF since Las Vegas and haven't been able to run at all this month.

Spaghetti dinner afterwards at the church. No vegetarian option, all meat. Last year they had vegetarian, what happened?
