Comments: I was trying to keep up with the top runners. A little kid won the race. He must have been no more than 13. My injuries prevented me from doing better. I could probably come in the top 5 in this race. No weights before a race next time! What would you do differently?: No be injured! Post race
Warm down: Strectched and ate a bar and banana cake and drank two gatorades What limited your ability to perform faster: My injuries to my left ankle and my right quad Event comments: It was a perfect day to do a race. Ran for 5 minutes on a trail at China Camp. Did a lot of stretching too.
