What would you do differently?:

I tied my shoes too tight. This was painful during the run, but I didn't want to slow my pace to retie them. Then after the race I untied my shoes and my arches seized up for 5 minutes. It was excruciating!

I don't know that I could have run faster.

Event comments:

I thought is was a well oiled event. Lots of volunteers, coordination and communication. I was amazed at how smoothly it went off.
