Comments:

Good run I stayed strong through the whole race, keep pushing even though I wanted to slow, very sloppy on the road with constant rain and wet roads. Course was coming up a little long 3.15 miles which came out about :15 seconds long. Was a good effort beat last years time.
What would you do differently?:

nothing, maybe a little slower at the start somewhere in the 6:22-6:25 range
Post race
Warm down:

ran 3 miles as a cool down

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Rain and fast start

Event comments:

Great race over 42,000 pre registered and it's for a great cause, I do this race every year.
