What would you do differently?: COuld not get in a rhythm. Need to slow down and just concentrate on what I am doing. Have to make sure my wind pipe is not constricted. Neck area was sore to the touch the day after. Transition 1

Comments: I was very cold on the bike. Could not get my legs warm enough to feel my muscles. Need to figure this out. What would you do differently?: Get out of my saddle up the hills. I did not push it hard enough! Transition 2

Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Need longer training workouts. Event comments: Volunteers were great! Replaced last years bouys with larger bright orange buoys making it way better to see. Post race had delicious bagels and a good amount of water. Really liked the way the swim start waves went this year. Much less confusion of when to go. Much better put together race! Last updated: 2008-01-06 12:00 AM

Was hurried. My HUSBAND insisted we did not leave until 7 thereby making us rushed for the whole thing. Just had enough time to sort through my stuff get my wetsuit on and get in the water for a little bit.
Need to do a better warm up need more time to get into race mode.
