Comments: Swam as good as I could but with almost no training it was hard. I tried to follow the advice Sam gave me and tried to slide from side to side. It seemed to work. My lower back was hurting though towards the end and I was getting really tired... What would you do differently?: Train Transition 1
Comments: Had problems getting the wetsuit off but I didnt' panick. The goal was to finish the race, not to PR and I did PR, so... What would you do differently?: Just train harder in general. Bike
Comments: The wind was really strong and it was hard to get into a rhythm. Good thing I trained in the wind with Sam but it was tough. My legs were tired towards the end and I knew it was gonna be a tough run... What would you do differently?: Train harder on the bike and do more brick workouts. Transition 2
Comments: I couldn't find my rack... so I lost 10 seconds or so. Oh well... What would you do differently?: I don't know, just have fun? Run
Comments: I started strong and felt very good and then problems started to occur at mile 2. My right quad started cramping, my left foot was hurting and then my left quad started hurting too. What would you do differently?: Train harder if I want to do a triathlon. Post race
Warm down: Iced both of my quads and ate pasta and salad. What limited your ability to perform faster: Train for race harder. Event comments: I would do it again but I need to train more.
