Warm down: walking around to keep loose, drinking water, eating some food What limited your ability to perform faster: endurance. Need more 18+ mile runs to not run out of gas late in the race. mental training. I think I could have run a bit faster the last 3-4 miles (since the last mile was one of the fastest miles in the whole race) Event comments: The post-race massage was probably the best one I have had after a race. Shuttle from hotel to closest spot to start. Walk/tram ride to convention center. Stay inside in the warmth till as close to start as possible. Port-a-potty stop on the way to starting line.
