Comments:

The H20 was around 65 degrees and it felt great. Very straight forward swim. I felt fine out there, but know that I can improve in this area. Was by far, the easiest part of the day!

This is a VERY tough bike course...no wussies allowed! My aero bars broke at M25, and I had to tough it out with my elbow on bare metal for the remainder of the bike leg.

By FAR the hardest 1/2 IM run I have ever done. Brutal off road course for 60% of the run, and the uphills were ridiculous in spots....reducing most to walking.

Wildflower is a terrific tri-scene, and the VIBE is KILLER...it should be on any serious triathletes list of MUST DO races....EPIC BIKE and EPIC RUN....they say if you can do this race well, you WILL fare well in any North America Ironman...and I am a believer!

3rd Tri of the year for Lar Dog...and my 3rd straight PODIUM finish....can you tell I am proud of that!!
