Tough side stich, but it cleared. My sore calf turned out to be a NON-Issue for me.

My 3rd "go" at the SD I'tal. I bested my prior best time by 7 minutes. A breakthorugh swim, a solid bike, and a very good run. I am fortunate enough to be 4 podiums in 4 triathlons so far this year!!! Woooo-hooo
