Walked with the crowd over the bridge to return chip and enjoy post race festivities.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need to drop about 20 pounds and be more consistent in training.

Performance: Good
Heart rate was much higher than it had been all year. However, before I even started running it was high. After the first few glances at my monitor, I decided not to pay attention to it and to just go by how I felt.
Course: Nice! The course wound through downtown Greenville and toward the end winded along the river. Very nice scenery and it was a gorgeous day! Very fun!
