Run
Comments: I had such a blast out there!! I really got into the race. I saw my dad and lil' bro at mile 14, which was pretty sweet. I felt great until miles21-22. My legs felt like they were "sticking" to the ground. By mile 24, I was trying everything not to walk. At mile 25 I saw my previous TNT coach from the women's nike marathon. I finished mile 25 in 9:29, and raced to the finish. What would you do differently?: not much, I really wanted to do a 22 miler, or at least a few more 20's, that would have helped near the end. Post race
Warm down: walked a lot, met up with dad, mom, and brother What limited your ability to perform faster: not much, overall great race for me. Event comments: no spenco flip flops, bagels, or towel this year, I'm not gonna lie, that really disappointed me. I also thought parking was a disaster. Last updated: 2008-01-13 12:00 AM
