This was an excellent swim for me considering my lack of swimming this summer. Breathing was every four breaths and was very relaxed.
What would you do differently?:

Hopefully I can do this again this year.

While running the bike, the front wheel bounced and went crooked. I picked the whole bike up via the saddle nose and proceeded to my spot.

My shoes did not want to go on. I think my feet were still wet.
