Comments: Not great for me, I felt really unsure of my swim which is pretty unusual. What would you do differently?: More open water practice. Swimming in a 25 yd pool gives you the break of a flip turn and I think that made me feel a little odd. Overall, a poorer awim than expected, but damn it was cold. ![]() Transition 1

Comments: Nice ride. A little slow out of the box getting HR down from swim. Crushed the downhills. Took the uphills a little lighter than I would liked to have, probably lost a minute or 2 total. What would you do differently?: A little more vigor out of the box and on uphills ![]() Transition 2

Oatmeal on drive down. Rode bike for 10 minutes to check for kinks, shifting issues, etc. Stretching and gu 10 min before start.
