What would you do differently?: Carry an extra Gel pack. Post race
Warm down: Stretched like hell & ate anything i could get my hands on. What limited your ability to perform faster: #1 Limited training due to problems with my right calf. #2 Lack of an extra pack of gel caused my to keep a pace slower than i wanted to go due to my energy running low between mile 9 & 10. Event comments: Very Enjoyable experience,will be back. Not a bad outing for my first half. Last updated: 2008-01-17 12:00 AM
