Woke up 5:20AM, ate 1/2 cup of Cereal, Rest rooms and went to pickup my friends
Event warmup:

Almost nothing, Static stretches for few minutes and rest rooms

Last year it took me 3 minutes to cross to the starting line and 1+ mile until it open up.

Lessons learned from last year -
Stay near the start - Done
Take GU+Water at mile 5 - Done
Keep the pace more leveled - Done
Goal was to pace 7:45 - Shaved 6+ minutes pace was 7:42 - Done

I'm very happy with the results

Continue to increase mileage and improve the pace
