Kept a good pace. Many people passing without warning and a few on the right. Cool water stop halfway. Stopped at mile 20 to help out a guy with a flat and gave him my fix-a-flat. Took about 4-5 minutes, then got going again.
What would you do differently?:

Kick the jerk who passed on the right.

Comments:

Legs were dead and breathing was tough with runny nose, but I ran? the whole course except for a few water stops. Stopped to grab my daughter for the finish.

Do longer bricks - stay healthy.

A cold. Was about 45 minutes off of where I should have been.

Was my first Olympic. Wish I felt better, but was determined to finish and I did. Well run race. Raised $ for CAF in the process!
