Comments:

Tight first mile. Legs didn't feel great, but split was somewhere like 8:30 (with portapotty stop).
Felt a bit better in the middle miles, but pushed a bit too hard and faded at the end a bit.
Fastest 10k split time so far!

What would you do differently?:

Not much. This was my PR for Olympic distance and I am happy overall with my effort.
Post race
Warm down:

Stretched a bit. Ate some and waited for trophies.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still too heavy. I want to be 190 or less for IMAZ and I still have 10 lbs to drop before November

Event comments:

AA Sports puts on great local races. Blue Lake is alway a fun and busy race.
