I have no routine. Coffee, doughnut, some water. Rush out door in a frantic sprint.
Arrived in plenty of time to discover I forgot my helmet. Friend in neighborhood came out in her PJs to loan me her snazzy purple model.
Did some jogging/surges to warm up. Then sat around in the cold for a LONg time. T1 protocol had us in our cycling shoes, so jogging was out and we couldn't get to bikes.
