Ran like I stool something. Felt amazing. Evan tried new tight shorts from Asics and NB Lightweight trainers. Focused on the fact that I knew I could hang with the big boys and seriously did. RAN MY RACE AN DPROVED ONCE AGAIN THAT IT IS ALL IN THE MIND... Brain training is equally as important as pace and core.

Warm down:

Plenty of hydration and congrats from the guys who usually spank me. Now they want to know why I have been sandbagging fro so long!!! This is 1 year of just flat-out spanking it at every level, as long I remain focused, have a good time and stay healthy.
