Comments: Felt pretty good, need to work on the negative splits as usually I went out too quick. only took two walk breaks and two breaks at the water stations for Gatorade. No gels used in this race and didn't feel I missed anything. Overall felt pretty good. What would you do differently?: Go harder in second loop Post race

Drove down with friends and did the kit pickup. Kept warm in the school and then did warm up.
Jogged back to the car to put everything away and then ran back (probably about 2 Km in total).
