Event warmup:

Was running a bit late so I decided to ride easy for about ten minutes before racing and get my HR up a little bit.

Comments:

Very good race for me until about twenty minutes in, when my back spasmed and I thought I might have to stop! I got to the turnaround in about thirteen minutes so I was excited, knowing I had a good pace going. On the way out I had a tailwind and did 27-30 mph on the flats (I was wondering if my computer was on someone else's bike, lol!

Rode around the park to cool down. Stretched for a few minutes.
