Comments:

Drink stations only offer chilled water and carbonated electrolyte drink. If you're used to taking cold water during runs, then it's all good. But for me, i'd much prefer it to be at room temperature.

And the electrolyte is totally no go. Taking in carbonated drink during runs is a master skill in itself.
Post race
Warm down:

Walk and stretches.

Event comments:

It was a good long run and race practice. But if you're intending to pr or use the marathon to BQ then go to Singapore.

Course: The route was slightly hilly which is fun but traffic was bad. Not all the roads were closed. A couple of times runners had to run in between moving cars and there weren't even volunteers controlling the traffic. It was like running in the middle of the city during mid-day traffic. And even on the parts where the roads were closed, it's only partly cordoned off. Cars could still pass on the other side. The exhaust fumes were really bad, the air was really dirty. Not a very good place to run.
