Run continues to kill me. This is my first olympic distance and the course is hilly. Tight in the upper hamstrings and lower back immediately and had to walk alot. Just have to keep working on the run and my times will come down

This is a great race which more people should attend. It is well marked, well organized and very challenging. This year the shirt was a very nice dry fit white with colored graphics

Course: This is one of the most challenging Oly distance bike courses you will find. It starts with a large steep hill out of transition and continues with 5 more large hills and rollers the rest of the way. There was a headwind on two of the flat/roller sections so I am happy with my time.
