Comments: I chose to go for efficency oppose to muscle. Use a lower gear to save legs for run. What would you do differently?: Pushed a little harder. I wanted to average 18mph. Transition 2
Comments: I felt like this was a good transition. Run
Comments: Started to feel cramps set in at beginning of run. I ran conservative until I felt like the cramp would not come on. What would you do differently?: Probably drink more water and not sprint to bike finish. Post race

Had a Strawberry/Banana Protein Shake. Also learned I had a flat tire before the race. This was after I change the flat the night before. I put a new tire on and learned it pushed my tire out which can dangerously close to falling out of fork. Need to get fixed!
