What would you do differently?:

While I was happy with the time, I haven't really ran much lately and focused on swimming so I need to incorporate more running.

I really miss riding my bike to work and it shows in my slow speed. However, I am pleased given I thought it would be a slower time.

Couple of guys crowded me out but at our skill level as I was trying to rack the bike - no big deal
What would you do differently?:

Forgot to untie shoes from first run so spent more time putting shoes back on for run.

After trying to in the race since 2007, I am thrilled to have completed it. It is really a good venue and exciting race. Love the new gym bag. :)
