Held back enough not to hurt my training, but came in better time than last year.
What would you do differently?:

To do better I need to fininsh IM training and change to speed work. Maybe next year.

Warm down:

stretch and jog after run.

Also bike at home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Wanted to keep up with training.

Event comments:

After IM LOU I would like to train for this race. I think I could pull a good time, may be 7's and be top ten in age group.
