Comments: Held back enough not to hurt my training, but came in better time than last year. What would you do differently?: To do better I need to fininsh IM training and change to speed work. Maybe next year. Post race
Warm down: stretch and jog after run. Also bike at home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Wanted to keep up with training.
