Comments: Calf pull at mile 1, walked about 1/8mile, then pushed through the rest of the run. I AM SURE THAT I COULD HAVE FINISED THE RUN IN ABOUT 32:00MIN IF NOT INJURED What would you do differently?: Give myself more time to recover from prior calf injury, Make sure that I was injury free.
