Pre-race routine:

ate oatmeal with banana's the night before
drank 1 bottle of gatorade orange 1 hour before the race
listening to ipod for relaxation and trying to focus and run strategy
Event warmup:

very minimal warmup
parking was horrible
checkin area was nowhere to be found but at the start line

i would stay focused and not be distracted by noisy people

Warm down:

walked for about 20 mins to get my heart rate below 100. hydrating with water and gatorade

What limited your ability to perform faster:

minimal run training
