Pre-race routine:

Got up, had a cup of oatmeal with a banana and raisins about two hours before. I wore capris, short sleeved shirt, arm warmers and mesh hat. (and gloves)

Short warm-up...probably about 1 mile.

Comments:

Way, way, way too fast to start out. But, I reigned it in and felt comfortable during the rest of the race. I did notice that passed or caught up to people going up the rollers, so that was nice.
What would you do differently?:

Not too much, except bust out of the gates with a 6:55 first mile.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Probably the 57 mile ride I did the day before??
