Comments: Would have been better if the wind hadn't blown over our bike rack!!! Had to jump over two people picking the stuff up, couldn't find my race belt, had to carry my bike back over the two people... not good. Bike

Comments: Not good, It never is. Dammit I wish I could run... the first mile was terrible... probably a 12 min mile with the cramping and walking. Once I popped some sport beans I got control of the cramping and salvaged the other two miles. What would you do differently?: run run run run run Post race
