Run
Comments: Felt good. didn't push it too hard, but felt that I kept a good pace Transition 1
Comments: this time wasn't recorded..its lumped in with the first run time above Bike
Comments: I haven't been enjoying my bike rides as much this year as I have in the past. My time was the same as I did last year...but i just didn't feel as in the zone as I have in the past. Oh well..there's always next year What would you do differently?: Train on the bike more Transition 2
Comments: I ran out of T2 with my helmet still on my head. Thank goodness I caught myself before i got too far out of transition. I took it off and threw it on the ground...hoping that someone would politely put it back near my bike, or at least just ignore it and leave it on the ground. What would you do differently?: Take my helmet off before i leave T2. Run
Comments: I enjoyed this run a lot more this year than I did last year. I think it was because I ran course a couple times and had my bearings about where on the course I was. I didn't do it as fast as I would've like..but i did it 2 minutes faster than last year, so i'm all right with that. What would you do differently?: Still freakin figure out why i suck so much at triathlon runs when i can run a pretty decent 10k outside of a triathlon. Post race
Warm down: Found the hubs, had some pizza, talked to the guys from my winter indoor cycling group, hung out with z and bitm. Went back to transition and found my helmet hanging off my bike (yay!). Rode my bike home. What limited your ability to perform faster: I had a summer busy with a lot of non-triathlon stuff. Event comments: I'll do it next year! I love a race where I ride by my house.
