Comments: Good stride length, cadence up and down hill. Good form. What would you do differently?: lose the pullover - a little too hot. Post race
Warm down: 10' stretching 2 bottles of water What limited your ability to perform faster: my knee - didn't want to push it too hard. Event comments: A little disappointed in the post race activities. Very crowded, and everything was inside. Very crowded getting in and out of the bar. All the food, etc was in one place as well. Yoga for about 15' before driving to the race.
Walked about a 1/2 mi from parking spot.
2 minute stretching, running in place (got there kind of late)
