Comments: Did 7/1 for the first 5 miles and then had to back off of that. At mile 9 I had to stop for 2-3 minutes to stretch out my hamstrings and achilles. What would you do differently?: Warm up a lot more and stretch the dickens out of my legs. Post race

Ate 2 pirces of bread. Drove about 30 miles to the race site. Went around the big backup to come in the back side of Fair Park. Parked, and high tailed it over to the event building to pickup my stuff.
Walked briskly back to my car to store my packet and then jogged back to the start line (.25mi approx). Stretched and had no time left for chillin.
