Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 0530 - Ate a PBNJ and had a cup of coffee. Jonathan drove me to the T station. Took the bus for almost an hour and a half to the Athlete's Village. Cool place should have tried to get in for the complimentary massage. Sat around should have packed a blanket but chilled
Event warmup:

a little dynamic stretching and the 3/4 mile walk from the village to the corral
Run
  • 3h 09m 53s
  • 26.2 miles
  • 07m 15s  min/mile
What would you do differently?:

If running a marathon - Train for it you'll enjoy it more. I peaked for a half marathon 5 weeks ago and then tried to maintain fitness to Boston. Needed to run longer and get the specific marathon training done.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked to pick up my stuff

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Specific marathon training - Long Runs

Event comments:

this is the marathon of marathon. I just wish I had the opportunity to train more for it
