Well probably do more swimming. :-)

Again transition time is a guess...I couldn't run into the transition area or run out with bike as to my injury to my foot, but I was able to find my bike on the rack which is always a good thing for me. :-) The time is updated...not that great but since I couldn't run I guess respectable. :-)
What would you do differently?:

Maybe bring a bucket of water to wash off feet...but not sure if that would help...just need to stay focused on the task..maybe set up area a tad bit different...

Not a bad ride although I need to work on mental abilities here, there were times where I could of kicked it up a notch and didn't so I really need more saddle time, also need to learn to shift at the proper time.

More training on the bike...hit more hills...learn to shift properly.

I would like to do this one again next year...I was hoping to get some base times on the swim and the bike as I couldn't do the run....however they haven't posted my times and not sure if I will get those...
