OK .. hamstring was a little tight at the start. But, my legs were toast. My lack of training hit me hard.
What would you do differently?:

Train more and do intervals and hill repeats.

Pushing myself on the swim. Running for speed in training.

Course: Some wind going out. Probably 10 mph. At the turnaround I had averaged 19.6 mph. I really flew going with the wind. My bike computer said I average 21.2 on the bike. So I think the difference was my slow mounting and slow start... I kept trying to adjust my shoes.
