Comments: Someone moved my tri top and when I went to put it on it got stuck and I ended getting it on inside out. Lost two minutes doing that...the rest of the transition was flawless. What would you do differently?: Wear the tri top during the swim. Run
Comments: Started off think I'm never going to do this, but I stayed strong, passed a few people, but got passed by tons of people. They were just speeding by. Very fast race. Ironman lapped me twice! Good posture. Felt good. Could have gone lots faster. Didn't push enough. I still have that mental block. Personal best on the run, I think. What would you do differently?: Push harder. It is a race! Post race
Warm down: Smiled a lot. What limited your ability to perform faster: mess up with tri top. Lack of water during the run. Event comments: Last year I did the swim in 24 and the run in 34, so I think this is an improvement! A personal best even. Last updated: 2008-03-09 12:00 AM
