Comments: Running felt good. I was able to run the first 10 miles without stopping; after that I was stopping for about 50 seconds each one of the last 3 miles. What would you do differently?: I need to train longer distances. I only run 8.8 miles once as my longest training run Post race

I had my usual oatmeal with almonds and raisins for breakfast at 6 am but i made the mistake to eat one energy bar with butter. Big mistake, I was tasting it the entire race
