Learn to make a smooth transition from running with the bike to mounting, and vice versa.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of top end speed.

Event comments:

Organizers really need to get back to the format from two years ago.
Mountain bike division, road bike division, and team division.
Swim slots need to be based upon swim times per 100m, not age and sex.
