Would have been more comfortable in a sleeveless suit, but I was still fighting the last war (2 years ago) when it was so cold.

Wasn't comfortable on the swim--kept having to hold back--but navigation was good and time was faster than last year. Distance is dubious.

This hurt but was very satisfying. In the last half mile I said out loud "make it stop." Finishing was the best way to do that.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Poor bike strength. I hope that IM-focused training is the reason.
