Comments: I was 13/16. overall was 119/156 for females. Goal was 12:00, but this time includes getting to transition, which I think I was slow leaving the pool too. What would you do differently?: Work on my technique, probably not wait at the wall for someone to pass. They could have passed me during the lane. Transition 1
Comments: It took me a few to clip in (probably 30 sec), just to get going. What would you do differently?: I just take too long in T1. I need to work on it more, maybe some practicing before next tri. Bike
Comments: Once I was in the clips - I felt great. I enjoyed the bike. I was a little winded in the beginning. Goal was 15mph pace, and I held over 16. So, I was happy with my bike. 14/16 and Overall 122/156 females. What would you do differently?: Get in the drops more. I need aero bars just to help out with my back and to get comfortable in the ride. Transition 2
Comments: I struggled to get my socks on. Didn't sit down though. What would you do differently?: No socks for 5K. Run
Comments: I was tired, and I resorted to a run/walk, which I shouldn't of. I need to work on my bricks and just do more running after riding. This was the disappointment of the tri. My training runs were better than this. 15/16 and overall 134/156 What would you do differently?: Run the entire time, no matter what the pace is. Post race

We got to the base early enough to do everything we needed to, plus some. I only had a small 1/2 bar, and some sports beans. I think I should have had a little bit more nutrition.
