Comments: had to walk towards mount point since i was still a little groggy from the swim. What would you do differently?: be more alert and prepare my bike stuff properly. spent too much time in T1 Bike

woke up at 4am and drank 1 small bottleof gatorade. also ate an oat bran bar. did some light stretching then went to staging area at 6am
got in the water and swam 100m to loosen up
