Comments: This was my achilles heel. No good cadence, had the chain on small ring. embarassing being passed by kids on MTBs What would you do differently?: Practice, practice Transition 2
Comments: My right thigh was cramping badly but once I starting running it was okay. What would you do differently?: Get shoes off quicker Run
Comments: I am surprise that I was this fast (for me). I was hurting and fatigued but I didn't stop so that was good. What would you do differently?: More bricks in practice maybe. Post race
Warm down: Got hydrated. Some food. Banana, grapes, water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Being a crappy runner and biker. Event comments: I enjoyed this race. Now. There were some riders who inconsiderate and didn't signal passing but overall it was good. The Vitamin Water at the end could have been cold but there was cold water near the food. My biking stinks.
