Comments:

Pace was good ...
I got passed about 1/4 mile to the finish and I did not have the legs to try to hold them off. Although it sucked to get passed I felt that I hadn't left much in the tank.

Warm down:

Recovery was good ... 5 minutes after the race I felt very strong.

Event comments:

Great race ... but it has some good hills.
