Really bad swim. I had never swam in the spring suit before. It really threw off my buoyancy and messed me up bad. It felt like it created a lot of extra drag.
What would you do differently?:

Not wear that suit, train more in the ocean.

I need to run faster. I was happy with it, but I need to train harder to run faster. Too much time on endurance, and not enough on strength training
