Did a 7 minute run 1 minute walk with some extra walking through the park...ran more inclines than I thought I would but the heart rate stayed down and I felt ok. Could definitely break 2 hours if I tried earlier. Ate 1/2 of two shot blocks at mile 4 and 6...don't think I needed them however as my stomach was a bit tender after that...will try again on Saturday's run.
Stretch, ate a bagel and drank water... and then drive back to Lexington!

When I say too hard...I don't think the course was too hard just that I am so bad at hills I can't say just right!
