Comments: first mile at 8:06, then next few about 8:15, then ran with 8:24 marathon pace group until mile 10, once at mile 10, there were some hills, probably ran the last 2 or 3 miles in about 9:00 as I was tired, probably ran the first 5 or 6 miles too fast What would you do differently?: more road or hill training, not bad considering the shape I'm in Post race
Warm down: walked around, muscles very tight and sore What limited your ability to perform faster: not enough endurance to keep the first half pace on the hills in the second half Event comments: everything was good except there was no music at all on the course which is a downer Last updated: 2008-03-30 12:00 AM
